Eagle Creek has some nice packing solutions, and it's large enough that my wife uses this to pack two pair of her shoes. One thing you have to be careful with is if you use too many of these little packing bags that you will not have as much room in your suitcase.
For example, if you pack your shoes loose, you can pack underwear or socks around them to take up minimal space. But if you do the same after putting your shoes in the bag; filling the shoe bag with underwear and socks, then it really doesn't take up any more space. Just be a bit sensible and not use too many packing bags.
